Information you provide directly. When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect what you enter — your name, email address, phone number (if provided), preferred contact method, the reason for your inquiry, and your message. Only your name, email, and message are required; everything else is optional.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site's hosting environment may log basic technical information when you visit, such as browser type, general device information, and the pages viewed, through standard server logs. This site does not currently use analytics software, advertising trackers, or cookies to collect information about your visit beyond what standard web hosting inherently logs. If that changes — for example, if analytics tools are added later to help us understand how the site is used — this section will be updated, and where required by law, we will provide notice or seek your consent before doing so.
Information collected by embedded third-party tools. The home value estimate and property search widgets on this site are embedded directly from RE/MAX's own platform (christinakalkmann.remax.com). Information you enter into those tools is submitted to RE/MAX, not to this website, and is governed by RE/MAX's own privacy practices rather than this policy.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information submitted through the contact form to respond to your inquiry, provide the information or consultation you requested, and — if you've indicated your consent where the form is submitted — follow up with you about related real estate services. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes. We may share information with service providers who help us operate this website or respond to inquiries on our behalf; in those cases, the information is used only to provide that service to us.
4. Cookies & Tracking
This site does not currently use cookies, analytics software, or advertising trackers. If analytics or similar tools are added in the future to help us understand how the site is used, this section will be updated to describe them, and where required by law, we will request your consent before doing so.
5. Third-Party Services
This site uses or embeds a small number of third-party services in order to operate:

This data is provided for consumers' personal, non-commercial use and may not be used for any purpose other than identifying properties consumers may be interested in purchasing. Listing information is believed reliable but is not guaranteed, and is subject to change or withdrawal. The exact required disclosure language, reproduced below, also appears in the footer of every page on this site:
7. Data Retention
We retain information submitted through the contact form for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, follow up as you've consented to, and meet ordinary business and legal recordkeeping needs. When information is no longer needed for those purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete or archive it securely.
8. Your Choices & Rights
You always decide what information you share with us. If you've submitted the contact form, you may ask at any time to know what information we have collected about you, correct inaccurate information, request that we delete your information, or stop being contacted altogether — exactly as described where the form is submitted.
